  10. There is almost surely a typograhpic blunder in this description.  If I were
  11. interested in this property, I would trace the deeds back at the courthouse.
  12. Note that a title search is similar, but a lawyer's secretary only examines the
  13. validity of the title to the property.  A title search does not concern itself
  14. with the land description nor the location of the property.  This is land
  15. surveying, and is the realm of the professional surveyor.

  17. The two tracts of Example3 and Example4 are supposed to total 40 acres, more
  18. or less.  That's what the deed says, and it must be right because some lawyer's
  19. secretary typed it that way.
