  22. use of WinDatCon, Version 2.0.  This information applies to 
  23. individual users who wish to pass copies out to friends and 
  24. associates.

  27. Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should 
  28. refer to the VENDOR.DOC file for complete information relating 
  29. to them.

  42. (c) 1993 by Vogel Scientific Software.  All rights reserved.

  45. United States Copyright law and also by International Treaty 
  46. provisions.  Any use of this software in violation of Copyright 
  47. law or the terms of this limited license will be prosecuted to 
  48. the best of our ability.  The conditions under which you may

  50. below under "Distribution Restrictions".

  66. period, without registering the software is a violation of 
  67. the terms of this limited license.  Licensee shall not use, 
  68. copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, 
  69. otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed 
  70. program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such 
  71. unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic 
  72. termination of this license.

  80. As the copyright holder for WinDatCon, Vogel Scientific 
  81. Software authorizes distribution by individuals only in 
  82. accordance with the following restrictions.

  85. Subscription Services, Disk-of-the-Month Clubs, etc., should 
  86. refer to the VENDOR.DOC file for complete information relating 
  87. to them.)

  92. Individuals are hereby granted permission by Vogel Scientific 
  93. Software to copy the WinDatCon diskette for their own use (for 
  94. evaluation purposes) or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY
  95. when the following conditions are met.

  97. The WinDatCon package is defined as containing all the material 
  98. listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If the PACKING.LST text 
  99. file or any files listed in the PACKING.LST file are missing, 
  100. then the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.  
  101. Please contact us to obtain a complete package suitable for 
  102. distribution.

  104.    o   The WinDatCon package - including all related program
  105.        files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any
  106.        way and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  107.        exception.  The PACKING.LST text file contains a list of
  108.        all files that are part of the WinDatCon package.

  110.    o   No price or other compensation may be charged for the
  111.        WinDatCon package.  A distribution cost may be charged 
  112.        for the cost of the diskette, shipping and handling, as 
  113.        long as the total (per disk) does not exceed
  114.        U.S. $8.00 in the U.S. and Canada, or U.S. $12.00
  115.        internationally.

  125.    o   The WinDatCon package CANNOT be sold as part of some
  126.        other inclusive package.  Nor can it be included in any
  127.        commercial software packaging offer, without a written
  128.        agreement from Vogel Scientific Software.
  129.    o   The PRINTED User's Manual may not be reproduced in whole or
  130.        in part, using any means, without the written permission
  131.        of Vogel Scientific Software.  In other words, the 
  132.        disk-based documentation may not be distributed in 
  133.        PRINTED (hardcopy) form.
  134.    o   The WinDatCon package cannot be "rented" or "leased"
  135.        to others.
  136.    o   Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  137.        decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  138.        transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  139.        agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  140.        immediate and automatic termination of this license.
  141.    o   U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or
  142.        disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer software
  143.        and documentation in this package shall be subject to the
  144.        restricted rights applicable to commercial computer
  145.        software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the
  146.        Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  147.        252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The
  148.        Contractor/manufacturer is Vogel Scientific Software, 1199
