  1. Personal Golf Tracker for Windows - Version 1.1

  3. Personal Golf Tracker (PGT) is a comprehensive program that
  4. lets you keep a close eye on your golf game.  It has many
  5. features to help you improve your game while providing an
  6. easy way to keep a record your scores.  If you have any

  18. Personal Golf Tracker has the following features:

  20. 1.    Keep track of your scores.
  21. 2.    Display your personal best, by hole, or by nine, on each
  22.         course you play.
  23. 3.    Display average scores on par 3's, 4's and 5's.
  24. 4.    Compare your scores to Par, Bogey or Double Bogey on a
  25.         hole by hole basis.
  26. 5.    Graphically show the percentage of time you shot Par,
  27.         Bogey or Double Bogey.
  28. 6.    Show percentage distribution of Eagle, Birdie, Par, etc.
  29. 7.    Graphically display your high, low and average hole by
  30.         hole.
  31. 8.    Track six special aspects of your game of your choosing.
  32. 9.    Graphically display your trends of six aspects of your
  33.         game of your choosing.
  34. 10.    Print a hard copy of the rounds you've entered.
  35. 11.    Print summaries of your performance based on criteria you
  36.         select.
  37. 11.    Enter rounds, golfers, and courses up to memory limits.
  38. 12.    Analyze rounds before and after a given date.
  39. 13.    Calculate handicaps and handicap scenarios of your
  40.         choosing.
  41. 14.    Check your consistency on each hole or on rounds played.

  67. Personal Golf Tracker system requirements:

  69. IBM or compatible computer with VGA or better graphics display.
  70. Microsoft Windows version 3.1 or higher.
  71. VBRUN200.DLL dynamic link library.
  72. Hard disk with at least 800K free space and 1 Megabyte of RAM.

  74. Personal Golf Tracker Installation:
  75.  
  76. Files on the Personal Golf Tracker disk are stored in a compressed
  77. format.  Therefore, you cannot copy the files directly to your
  78. hard disk.  You must use the PGT install program. The PGT install
  79. program runs under Windows.  Put the PGT diskette in your floppy
  80. drive a: and do one of the following: (If the floppy disk is in
  81. drive b: then switch the a: to a b:.)
  82.  
  83. Open the "Run" dialog box in Program Manager.  Do this by clicking
  84. on "File" on the Program Manager main menu bar. Click on "Run" in
  85. the drop down menu.  Enter "a:setup" (without the quotes) and
  86. press Enter.  If the PGT floppy disk is in drive b: enter
  87. "b:setup".
  88.  
  89. When the install program loads you will be prompted for the
  90. directory on which to install PGT.  Hit return to accept the
  91. default selection or enter a new directory.  The install program
  92. will create the directory and store PGT files there.
  93.  
  94. To register your copy of PGT:
  95.  
  96. Printout the file REGISTER.TXT.  To do that from DOS type in
  97. the following:

  99. copy register.txt lpt1:
  100.  
  101. To print the registration form while running the program, click
  102. on Help and then click on Print Registration Form. You can also
  103. click on Register on the Registration Reminder screen.
