Extract and uncrunch all files to an unused drive/user area. Place
copies of your PBBSEQU.HDR and PBBSDB.HDR files in the same area or
in an appropriate area for your assemlber. Edit PSTATxxx.MAC to set
up the necessary system. Assemble and link PSTAT. Place the program
somewhere on your path. If you do not want your users to use PSTAT,
place it in a DU: that is safe on your system. PSTAT knows where to
locate the necessary files on the system. PSTAT does not facilitate
and modifications to memory or disk, therefore, no check is made to
see if the wheel byte is set. No security information is ever shown
by PSTAT.
