  5. .dm (1) For one author - enter last name, comma, and first two initals
  6. .dm (2) For two authors - use above format for both authors AND  place 
  7. .dm     a COMMA and an ampersand (, &) between authors; for example:
  8. .dm       Smith, A. B., & Jones, C. D.
  9. .dm (3) For three or more authors use format for two authors, placing a
  10. .dm     comma <,> between additional authors' names.

  16. .DM Enter the year of publication, e.g., <1981>

  22. .dm          (3) any proper names inside the title.  For example,
