  5. The PRINT option on the main menu brings up the PRINT sub-menu with the
  6. following options:
  7.  
  8. SCREEN:   Print the records to the screen
  9.  
  10. PRINTER:  Print the records to the printer
  11.  
  12. FILE:     You ar prompted for a file name, the .TXT extension will be
  13.           added.  The records are printed in the file.
  14.  
  15. FORMS:    This option allows you to select the fields which will be
  16.           printed.  You are shown the fields in the data base and asked
  17.           to select the number of the field to print.  Each selection is
  18.           shown on the right side of the screen and the total print width
  19.           is shown above the list.  Press RETURN with no field number to
  20.           stop selecting.
