  5.     To exit the Game, press <ESC> at the Play Selection screen. Select
  6.     Exit from the menu bar or press <CTRL> <BREAK> to return to DOS.

  11.         Spacebar        Activate slow motion. Press any key to cancel

  13.         Ctrl-S          Toggle digitized sound on/off

  15.         F1              Toggle Keyboard Only mode on/off
  16.         + or Enter *    Same as joystick button
  17.         Cursor keys *   Controls direction and play selection when
  18.                         you're in keyboard mode
