  1. Theft of a B17 for KG200
  2. [Important Note: To allow this mission to 
  3. run properly you must have the following 
  4. 3 files; B17FOE.BAT, B17FOE.TXT, and 
  5. B17FRND.BAT. You must also have debug in 
  6. the \AC subdir or a path set to it. You must 
  7. exit SWOTL and place B17FOE.TXT in the 
  8. \AC subdir and B17FOE.BAT & B17FRND.BAT in 
  9. the \SWOTL subdir. Run B17FOE.BAT. Then run 
  10. SWOTL and load 1-KG200.MIS from the custom 
  11. mission menu. After running this mission 
  12. exit SWOTL and run B17FRND.BAT.]

  14. An elete unit of Abwehr agents have stolen
  15. a B17F. They overpowered and replaced the
  16. crew that was to fly a patrol over the
  17. Channel. One of the enemy agents was killed 
  18. in the scuffle. His documents show that the 
  19. B17 is on its way to Doberitz Airfield.
  20. The news of this theft wasn't discovered
  21. until the B17 was well on its way. Now it
  22. has been handed to you and your P38 group
  23. to destroy this bomber before the plane and 
  24. the precious Norden bombsight can be handed
  25. over to the Germans intact.
  26. Be forewarned the Luftwaffe will make it
  27. difficult. The elete Abwehr agents are 
  28. renowned gunners so approach the fleeing
  29. B17 with extreme caution!!

  32. requires that you down the B17 while it is 
  33. in the air. Once it actually lands on the 
  34. enemy airfield a Doberitz the mission is
  35. a failure.]
