  1. Escort of a KG200 B17

  3. [Important Note: To allow this mission 
  4. to run properly you must have the 
  5. following 3 files; B17FOE.BAT, 
  6. B17FOE.TXT, and B17FRND.BAT. You must 
  7. also have debug in the \AC subdir or 
  8. a path set to it. You must exit SWOTL 
  9. and place B17FOE.TXT in the \AC subdir 
  10. and B17FOE.BAT & B17FRND.BAT in the 
  11. \SWOTL subdir. Run B17FOE.BAT. Then run 
  12. SWOTL  and load 2-KG200.MIS from the 
  13. custom mission menu. After running this 
  14. mission exit SWOTL and run B17FRND.BAT.]

  16. In this mission you are assigned the to 
  17. escort the stolen bomber by the elite 
  18. Abwehr unit to its destination at 
  19. Doberitz airfield. A large group of 
  20. enemy fighters has been reported in 
  21. pursuit of this aircraft. You must get 
  22. the stolen aircraft through. After the 
  23. aircraft has landed you should patrol 
  24. the area as long as fuel and ammo 
  25. allows or until you are advised that no 
  26. further enemy aircraft are in the area. 
  27. This may mean defending the stolen B-17 
  28. after it has landed so the ground crews 
  29. can start to strip it of its Norden 
  30. bombsight.

  33. that won't  use normal scoring. The 
  34. mission is a success if you can keep it 
  35. from getting shot down and defend it 
  36. while it is on the ground if needs be.]
