  5.    Housing the immense Vulcan Interstellar Center for Knowledge,
  6.    the planet is a prime source for information on all races,
  7.    planets, ships, and weaponry in the galaxy.

  9.    Rumor has it that those who set foot upon Vulcan's soil almost
  10.    become smarter.  This certainly holds true for the few humans
  11.    who have braved Vulcan's higher gravity and less oxygen-rich
  12.    air to test the theory.  Many visitors to the planet arrive to
  13.    seek out answers to puzzling questions.
