  9.   capability.  Among her assumptions are power distribution nodes
  10.   which fuel and run the Borg vessels. The shield rotation theory
  11.   which states that shields should be continually charged with
  12.   and updated by energy fluctuations from the matter--anti-matter
  13.   chamber.

  16.   immediately assigned to Starfleet Tactical.  There she served as
  17.   third-in-command before finally assuming command after presenting
  18.   her Borg theories to the admiralty.  Her knowledge is indispensible.
