  3. I just downloaded Mahjongg 3.5 and I love it!  I really enjoy
  4. Tilemaker, too.  By the way, the (registration) check is in the
  5. mail.......yeah, right <g>!!!...(it really is!)

  7. Anyway, I remember seeing on the Aviation conference that you had
  8. recently gotten your Private Ticket - Congratulations!  I have
  9. had mine for 2 years now and for various and sundry reasons have
  10. yet to break 100 hours!!!!  But, I'm trying (now if only the
  11. weather and my busy schedule would cooperate...).

  13. But on to the matter at hand - in this ZIPFILE there is a tile
  14. set I made one night (my first attempt at this sort of thing),
  15. all based on aviation.  Most of the symbols are taken off either
  16. the sectionals, low altitude enroute charts or approach plates. 
  17. Basically, the suits are as follows:

  19.           Suit 1         Airports
  20.           Suit 2         Radio navaids (the NDB was tough!)
  21.           Suit 3         Various altitudes
  22.           Suit 4         Obstructions
  23.           Suit 5         Topographic/cultural features
  24.           Suit 6         IFR approach symbols
  25.           Suit 7         More IFR approach symbols...
  26.           Suit 8         More airports
  27.          "Suit 9"        Enroute symbols (only 2)
  28.           Suit 10        Morse codes*
  29.           Suit 11        Airplane icons*
  30.  
  31.                          *Wildcard suits
  32.  
  33. You might look at these and see that I have made some sort of
  34. error in the suits, but I think everything is OK.  Making a tile
  35. set is a good lesson in icon design!
