  5. Do you have a Gemini printer?  Have you found it almost, but not quite,
  6. 100% Epson compatible?

  8. I have a Star Gemini 15X dot-matrix printer, and I got tired of not being
  9. able to print out graphics with sign making programs, spreadsheets,
  10. business graphics programs and other such programs because of the unsightly
  11. white space that is found between the lines.  So I wrote a program that gets
  12. rid of it!  Now, with Gemini to Epson (GEM2EPSN), you can get good-looking
  13. printouts from banner-making programs, spreadsheets, and most any other
  14. programs that allow you to print out high quality images to the printer.
  15. Just by using the accepted (and sometimes not changable) Epson printer
  16. choice, you can get printouts the way they were meant to be!

  20. The "Brain" PC virus still lives.  You may have it on your floppy disks,
  21. and not know it!  I have written Vaccine, version 1.30 to search out and
  22. kill only this particular virus.  It only takes a few seconds per disk,
  23. and if it does find the "Brain" on your disk, it will erase it from that
  24. disk, without you having to reformat your disk.  Source code in Turbo
  25. Pascal 3.0 is included.  Free of charge when you send for any of the
  26. other programs, or available from your local BBS.

  31. If you have Telix, but have a different auto-logon file for each board,
  32. Login is the script file for you.  It answers the prompts for you for
  33. PcBoards, Genesis, QuickBBSes, RBBS PC's, Frontdoor/D'Bridge, and
  34. several other programs.  Also included is BBS2, a script that puts the
  35. name of the BBS that you are connected to, no matter where it is!  It
  36. works with Telix 3.12 and older versions.  Give it a try...you'll like
  37. it.

  41. If you are a QuickBBS sysop, and you have a favorite door, but that door
  42. would be a lot more exciting if everyone had alias names, then this
  43. little utility works wonders.  All your users do is answer a
  44. questionairre that puts their alias names in the answer file, then this
  45. programs reads the answer file and manipulates the dorinfo1.def file so
  46. that you have alias names for your favorite door!

  48. Gemini to Epson, as well as the other products mentioned here, are
  49. available via you friendly, neighborhood BBS, or can be ordered
  50. directly from me by sending five (5) dollars for each program (for disk,
  51. mailer, etc). For the Gemini to Epson program, you can get the source
  52. code in assembler for three dollars more (a total of eight (8) dollars).
