Setup Configuration: The Static Scenery file uses 30,000 bytes of memory while the Dynamic Scenery file uses 20,000 bytes of memory.
I must warn that the static scenery for Houston is quite detailed. Many of the well known buildings in downtown and around the city are shown. All major freeways have been put in and some major streets around the Medical Center, Galleria Area, and Southwest Houston are shown. Of course more scenery slows the frame rate down, but I have a 286 and I am used to it.
Both the major airports have also been rendered in detailed appearance. Taxiways, terminals, and hangars have been put in. For navaids, the frequencies of the VORs and ILSs at both airports are not the actual frequencies only for the sake of convenience. The frequencies are:

The Dynamic Scenery in Houston is mostly of planes parked at terminals or hangars. Except there is one 767 that flies through Hobby and another that flies through Intercontinental (WOW!).
Andrau Airpark is located in the southwest part of Houston. This mode puts you in the cockpit of the Cessna.
It is night time with light winds.
Scholes Airfield is located about fifty miles south of Houston on Galveston Island. Again the Cessna is used here, but it might also be fun to use the seaplane to fly around the island and land in the bay.
Hobby airport is ten miles southeast of downtown. This mode puts you in the cockpit of the Lear parked in front of the Beechcraft hangar. The main terminal is on the north side. Here, the weather is a good example of Houston's frequent thunderstorms.
The Boeing 747 is used for the Houston Intercontinental mode. There may be a memory overload warning sign showing on the screen at the beginning of the mode, but it hasn't posed a threat for me, yet.
I know there is alot of scenery for the frame rate, but I hope you enjoy flying around my home town!
