Cuisine tile set created on February 23, 1993, by Dixie Daniels.
Apologies all "round" if your favorite munchie was omitted!
Dixie highly recommends the beans, rice, salad, broccoli, vegetables etc.,
and hopes you won't have *too* many pizza, ice cream, cheese, taco, etc.,
attacks while playing! I dare you to play an entire game without raiding the
refrigerator. (I couldn't--why should you?)
Remember that you can live longer on only potatoes than on any other one food.
One more thing. Remember the three Israelite strong men in the Bible who
were challenged by King Nebuchadnezzar to bulk up and match skills with the
gladiators of Babylon. The Israelites were invited to eat at the king's table.
But they countered with a bet: Let us continue to eat our lentils, our simple
fare; and at the end of a time, we will see who is stronger, us or your strong
men who sit at the king's table. Guess who won! Lettuce now praise the lowly
lentil, and enough of a lecture (what a weenie!) Have fun now!
P.S. Couldn't resist...If you want to lose weight fast, eat *lots* of beans
and rice, vegetables, beans, rice, vegetables, beans, rice, and skip the
dairy, cheese, bread, red meat, fried, etc...especially dairy and fried...
yeah, yeah, yeah, but it really works, and you'll have plenty of energy.

P.P.S. There is more fiber in brussels sprouts, black-eyed peas, and sweet
potatoes (Yeah, I know, I know) than in a boxcar load of granola, oat muffins,
rice cakes, broccoli...forget the trends and eat your vegetables!!!
Try red beans and rice...use lots of hot sauce...mix hot salsa in with rice
or rice and lentil pilaf...try it...you won't believe how great you feel.
OK!!! OK!!! I'm going!!! And put down that carton of milk!!! Forget the
commercials. Dump the dairy!!!! Eat your peas!!! Yes, I'm campaigning for
most popular. My Dad changed his diet and saved his life by dumping cheese,
dairy, and red meat. I lost 30 pounds and have more energy ever.
Nuff said!!! Now, have an orange!!!
