RedShift uses QuickTime for Windows (QTW).
A copy of QTW 2.0.3 is provided on this CD-ROM.
If you do not have QTW 2.0.3 on your hard disk,
or you have an earlier version, we recommend
upgrading to the latest version now.
RedShift movies and graphics will run faster with
QTW installed on your hard disk.
To install QTW 2.0.3, double-click on the file
QTINSTAL.EXE, or open the program manager and
type d:\qtinstal.exe, where d is the drive letter
for your CD-ROM drive.
An additional copy of QTW has been provided on
this CD-ROM in a root-level directory named QTW.
If you choose not to insatll QTW on your hard disk,
the copy on the CD-ROM will be used. This will
operate more slowly than if you installed QTW onto
your hard disk as recommended above.
