  52. We sell the registration for MC for $20 + appropriate S&H.  We
  53. include a simple on-line order form to make it easy to compute
  54. taxes, shipping costs, etc.

  56. We also accept registrations through CompuServe and other sources
  57. to make it painless for our users.

  60. DISTRIBUTION
  61. ============
  62. We encourage vendor-distribution of InContact! but you must 
  63. follow these guidelines to do so:

  65. 1. You must have written confirmation of our permission to 
  66.    collect any registration fees for it.  BBS' and online services 
  67.    may distribute WITHOUT permission and are exempt from #4 and
  68.    #5.  No distributor or BBS may accept registration fees on our
  69.    behalf unless they have made arrangements with us.

  71. 2. You will need to include VBRUN200.DLL with the program (or
  72.    notify the user that it is required) and the following files
  73.    must remain together (as distributed by Serious Shareware):

  82. 3. You may NOT sell the MC as (or included with) a COMMERCIAL
  83.    or RETAIL product WITHOUT OUR WRITTEN CONSENT.  Our name 
  84.    doesn't have the word SHAREWARE in it for nothing!

  86. 4. Do not include MC as part of a shareware package UNLESS the
  87.    other items in the package are augmentive utilities
  88.    for (or relating to) our application (for large collections 
  89.    like CD-ROMS, please get our permission).
