  14.  This specific Trainer,the Trainer engine designed by me,all the coding and
  15. beta testing and user support are alot of hard work.It takes time and effort
  16. (not to mention $$$) to do all this and make these kinds of products available
  17. to users.If you use this product and enjoy it then Register it.Without user
  18. support Shareware Authors give up,go broke,go COMMERICAL (OH NO NOT THAT!),
  19. get divorced,start poking through trash barrels at the mall,gain weight,go bald
  20. ,get dandruff,have all their teeth fall out and all other forms of nasty things
  21. like that.The game costs alot.Hint Books and Hint Lines cost more.I am asking
  22. for your Support.Please read the REGISTER.NFO file.If you do not wish to
  23. Register this product within 2 weeks of use then please Delete it.

  26. pauses and messages.Also Registered users are entiltled to any updates or
  27. bug fixes (JUST send a blank disk and S.A.S.E to me).And of course you will
  28. be helping me to help you and others in the future.And in this case your
  29. REGISTERED Version has ALOT more FEATURES! (See Below).

  31.  Besides if it wasn't for people like me who originated this whole idea and
  32. genre you would be stuck using all those LAME wanna-be Commercial so-called
  33. "Cheat Machines" or whatever they call them.

  41.                                  THE TRAINER :
  42.  
  43.  What is a Trainer?It's an Interactive Utility that "Hides" in memory that
  44. allows you to get the "Upper Hand" in those often too-Tough Games.It may
  45. even,in some cases,make the game more challenging for you "True" gameplayers.
  46. In either case it is my hope to enhance the Enjoyment of playing these games
  47. through the use of my utilities.

  49.  The Trainer (Either Loader-TSR or TSR) loads itself into memory and interfaces
  50. itself into the Game Code.Once the game is running you can access the Trainer
  51. via "Hot-Key" Trainer Functions that will alter the Game Data/Code in memory
  52. as it is running.These functions allow you to alter the "Rules" of the game to
  53. ,hopefully,allow you to enjoy it even more.

  55.  This specific Trainer is designed for use with PRINCE OF PERSIA V1.3 and V1.3
  56. ONLY.I doubt it will work on any earlier version of POP and it really wouldn't
  57. work on PRINCE OF PERSIA 2 so don't try it!The size of the PRINCE.EXE file
  58. was written upon is 125,115 Bytes with a file date of 04-02-92 for your
  59. reference if any problems occur.

  61.  This Shareware version of the Trainer allows you the following In-Game Hot-
  62. Keys : Warp to far Left or Far Right of Screen on current horizontal plane,
  63. Toggle Unlimited Falls Mode,Protection from Traps Mode and if all fails an
  64. Instant Suicide Key if you just cannot take the heat.

  66.  Of course if you LOVE all that and use the program then in REGISTERING this
  67. (as you being such a wonderful person would of course do.....right?) program
  68. you will get those features PLUS : Warp Left/Right on current horizontal plane
  69. into next Room,Unlimited Time Mode,Suicide Guard Mode and a key that will
  70. Toggle ON ALL of the BUILT-IN Cheat commands during gameplay! (Which includes
  71. : Add Health Bottles,Toggle Feather Fall Mode,Invert Room,Toggle Background).
  72. Also included is the ability (combined with the Built in Cheats) to Warp from
  73. your current level to the next all the way to the END of the game! (It will
  74. NOT bypass the Copy Protection.Sorry...I don't feel like getting sued today)

  80.                               HOW TO : (TRAINER)

  83.     During the game use the following Key Combinations to your advantage :

  85. (Note : When the word GREY is used it is used to describe the GREY Colored
  86. keys (on most systems) such as the keys around the Number Pad and keys like
  87. CAPSLOCK,PAUSE,SCROLL LOCK,HOME,END etc. that are found on MOST Extended
  88. Keyboards)

  90. F5 - Press this key and you will Warp from your current screen position to the
  91.      Far Left side of the screen on your current horizontal plane.Use this to
  92.      hop right over all those annoying jumps!
  93.  
  94. F6 - This is the same as above except it Warps your player to the Far Right
  95.      side of the screen.
  96.  
  97. NUM LOCK - Press this key to Toggle ON the Unlimited Falls mode.Now you can
  98.      fall from ANY distance and not get hurt (unless you fall on some nasty
  99.      spikes....unless of course you use the Traps Cheat!).Press this key again
  100.      and this Mode will be OFF.

  102. GREY ASTERICK (*) - Press this key to Toggle ON the Protection from Traps mode.
  103.      While this Function is ON you will be protected from ALL nasty and devious
  104.      things that POP throws your way.The only thing you can be harmed by is
  105.      falling parts of the roof.This is very rare...so AVOID IT!Press this key
  106.      again to turn this function OFF.

  108. GREY MINUS (-) - Press this key to visit the Almighty instantly.This key is
  109.      useful if you are using the Unlimited Falls Mode and get stuck in a pit
  110.      you cannot get out of.

  115.      The Following features are available only in the REGISTERED VERSION :

  117. F1 - Toggle IN-Game Cheat Mode ON.While this mode is ON you have these keys
  118.      available to you through the game itself :
  119.  
  120.      SHIFT+T - Add 1 Health Bottle
  121.      SHIFT+W - Toggle Feather Fall Mode
  122.      SHIFT+I - Invert the Room
  123.      SHIFT+B - Toggle the Background ON/OFF
  124.      K       - Kill ALL Enemies on Screen!

  126.      Press this key again to turn it OFF.
  127.  
  128. F3 - If you press this key WHILE the F1 Function is ON.You will instantly Warp
  129.      to the Next Level.This does not apply to the Copy Protection Level.

  131. F7 - Press this key and you will be instantly Warped to the next room to the
  132.      Left.You will appear on the Right Side of THAT room on your current
  133.      horizontal plane.

  135. F8 - Same as above but it Warps you to the Right and you appear on the Left
  136.      side of THAT room.

  138. SCROLL LOCK - This key toggles the Unlimited Time mode.It speaks for itself.
  139.      Press it again to turn it off.

  141. CAPS LOCK - Aren't those Guards annoying?Not any more.Press this key to Toggle
  142.      on the Guard Suicide Mode.While ON any time a Guard attacks YOU,HE gets
  143.      the Damage not you!Press this key again to turn this OFF.

  149.                            OTHER TRAINER FUNCTIONS :

  151.      To manipulate the Keybeep the PC Speaker makes on Trainer Functions :

  153.             F11 - Press F11 for a Higher pitched keypress feedback.
  154.  
  155.             F12 - Press F12 for a Lower pitched keypress feedback.
  156.  
  157.        DEL - Toggle ON/OFF the keypress feedback from the PC Speaker.

  159.  Press these keys any time or as many times as needed to get the desired
  160. effect.Also note that for Trainer functions that Toggle ON/OFF the ON keypress
  161. will always be a LOW pitch then a HIGHER pitched tone and the OFF will be
  162. the reverse (a HIGH pitched tone with and immediate LOWER pitched tone).
