  14. Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors who would like to distribute
  15. any or all of the above listed programs (hereafter, "SHAREWARE PROGRAMS")
  16. must comply with the following terms and conditions regarding 
  17. distribution of these SHAREWARE PROGRAMS.
  18.  
  19. Distribution of the SHAREWARE PROGRAMS via 3.5" or 5.25" disks or CD ROM
  20. are permissible as long as there are no charges to the customer or subscriber
  21. (other than normal media and shipping costs). Also, the SHAREWARE PROGRAMS
  22. may only be distributed with all files listed in the various respective *.TXT
  23. files and must include this file. No changes or deletions of these files are
  24. permitted. Descriptions of the SHAREWARE PROGRAMS are given in each 
  25. FILE_ID.DIZ file and should be used as is unless additional information is
  26. given.

  28. Distribution of the SHAREWARE PROGRAMS using any other method (for 
  29. example: via rack vending methods, sale in a retail store, sale at a 
  30. trade show, as part of some more inclusive product or service) requires 
  31. special written authorization from the author, which may be subject to 
  32. special licensing terms.

  34. No vendor, individual, group, or entity has a license to distribute the
  35. SHAREWARE PROGRAMS using any other method without special written authorization 
  36. from the author.

  38. Without special written authorization from the author, no vendor, 
  39. individual, group, or entity is authorized to provide a registration
  40. service for the SHAREWARE PROGRAMS or to handle registrations for the 
  41. SHAREWARE PROGRAMS on behalf of the author (unless already authorized to do
  42. so prior to 11/14/94).

  44. Distribution of the SHAREWARE PROGRAMS in any other fashion or method than
  45. that listed above is expressly prohibited.
