  12.    - allows you to view and edit data in hex, octal, binary and ASCII
  13.    - supports OEM or ANSI fonts (NEW!)
  14.    - includes simultaneous display of 8 different numeric formats, 
  15.      including signed and unsigned integers and floating point
  16.    - allows editing, searching, or replacing of the data in any of 
  17.      these formats
