  11. HEXpert is a Shareware product, Copyright 1994 by Matthew Woolsey,
  12. all rights reserved.  Disk vendors who distribute Shareware and
  13. public domain software on 5 1/4" and/or 3 1/2" floppy diskettes are
  14. permitted to distribute HEXpert providing that the vendor's fee
  15. is less than $5.00 for the disk containing HEXpert files.
  16. Vendors who charge more than $5.00 per disk are PROHIBITED from
  17. distributing HEXpert in any form without expressed written
  18. consent from Matthew Woolsey.  Vendors should stress the 
  19. Shareware concept.

  21. Vendors who meet the above requirements may distribute HEXpert
  22. only if ALL attendant files are included on the distribution
  23. diskette, and only if NO files are modified in any way. The
  24. HEXpert files that MUST be included on the distribution diskette are:

  26.     HEXPERT.EXE    -  HEXpert executable program file
  27.     HEXPERT.HLP    -  HEXpert help file
  28.     README.TXT     -  Text File with a brief description of HEXpert 
  29.                       and any other release notes.
  30.     LICENSE.TXT    -  Text file describing the license agreement.
  31.     REGISTER.TXT   -  Text file containing the registration information and order form.
  32.     VENDOR.TXT     -  Text file describing the rights of Shareware vendors.
  33.     BBS.TXT        -  Text file with description for posting on Bulletin Boards.
  34.     WARRANTY.TXT   -  Text file with warranty disclaimer.
  35.     VERSIONS.TXT   -  Version release notes.
