  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software. Your use of this software indicates 
  11. your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  13. Shareware Version

  15. Evaluation and Registration

  17. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  18. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 
  19. 30 days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation 
  20. period a registration fee of $40 is required.  Payments must be 
  21. in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to:

  28. When payment is received, you will be sent a package including
  29. the printed documentation and the latest version of the software
  30. with no shareware notifications.
  31. Unregistered use of System Census for Windows after the 30-day 
  32. evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international 
  33. copyright laws.

  35. Distribution

  37. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the 
  38. Shareware Version (select About from the main screen to check), 
  39. you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the 
  40. Shareware version of this software and documentation as you 
  41. wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware version to 
  42. anyone; and distribute the Shareware version of the software 
  43. and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.  
  44. There is no charge for any of the above.

  46. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  47. donations, for any such copies, however made and from
  48. distributing the software and/or documentation with other 
  49. products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written 
  50. permission, with one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by the 
  51. Association of Shareware Professionals are permitted to 
  52. redistribute System Census for Windows, subject to the conditions 
  53. in this license, without specific written permission.

  57. One registered copy of System Census for Windows may either be 
  58. used by a single person who uses the software personally on 
  59. one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation 
  60. used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.  You 
  61. may access the registered version of System Census for Windows 
  62. through a network, provided that you have obtained individual 
  63. licenses for the software covering all workstations that will 
  64. access the software through the network.

  68. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  69. Florida

  71. Disclaimer of Warranty

  73. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  74. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  75. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  76. various hardware and software environments into which 
  77. System Census for Windows may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A 
  78. PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  80. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  81. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  82. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  83. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  84. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
