  1. Tic Tac Toe Registration

  4. This version of Tic Tac Toe is Shareware and requires a $5 registration fee if
  5. you are going to continue using it.  When you load the program there is an opening 
  6. password screen.  Registered users enter the password and the game will start.
  7. Unregistered testers can just press return at the password screen and they 
  8. will get a registration screen where they can print an order form.
  9. Registering the program entitles you to operate the program and being able
  10. to get future versions free of charge.

  12. I disclaim all warranties relating to this program, whether expressed or implied,
  13. including but not limited to any implied warrenties of merchantability and fitness
  14. for a particular purpose, and all such warranties are expressly and speciffically
  15. disclaimed.  Neither I, nor anyone else who has been involved with the creation,
  16. production or delivery of this program shall be liable for any indirect, consequential
  17. or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use such software
  18. even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages or claims.  In no 
  19. event shall I be liable for any damages exceeding the registration fee paid to 
  20. use the software.  This product was checked and at time of creation was virus free.
