  4. License Agreement and Statement of Warranty

  6. By installing NoteWorthy Composer on your system, you indicate 
  7. your agreement to the following terms and conditions. Please 
  8. carefully read these terms and conditions prior to continuing
  9. with the use of this software.

  11. UNREGISTERED SHAREWARE VERSION
  12. =======================================================
  13. The license information in this section applies only to the 
  14. unregistered version of NoteWorthy Composer. If you have 
  15. registered and are installing a new registered version, skip 
  16. to the section titled REGISTERED VERSION.

  18. Evaluation License: NoteWorthy Composer is not a free program. 
  19. You are hereby granted a limited license to use this version of 
  20. NoteWorthy Composer for up to 30 days before you are required to 
  21. purchase a complete license. If you elect not to purchase 
  22. NoteWorthy Composer at the end of 30 days, you must discontinue 
  23. the use of it and remove it from your computer.

  25. Distribution License: You are hereby granted a limited license 
  26. to distribute the unregistered Shareware version of NoteWorthy
  27. Composer. Read the file "Vendor.txt" for additional information
  28. on the distribution privileges of NoteWorthy Composer.

  31. REGISTERED VERSION

  33. As a licensed user of NoteWorthy Composer, you are 
  34. entitled to install NoteWorthy Composer on one machine 
  35. and enjoy unrestricted use of its capabilities. You may 
  36. also install NoteWorthy Composer on a second machine 
  37. provided that it will never be in simultaneous use on 
  38. more than one machine. Please protect your registration 
  39. codes, as these are intended to be used only by you.

  41. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  43. The NoteWorthy Composer application and its accompanying 
  44. support files are provided "as is" and no warranty of 
  45. fitness for a particular use or purpose is offered. 
  46. The entire and exclusive liability implied by this 
  47. agreement shall be limited to the replacement of 
  48. defective diskette(s). Liability shall not include or 
  49. extend to any claim for or right to recover any other 
  50. damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, 
  51. data, or use of NoteWorthy Composer or other software, 
  52. or special, incidental, or consequential damages or 
  53. other similar claims, even if NoteWorthy ArtWare has been 
  54. specifically advised of the possibility of such damages. 
  55. In no event will NoteWorthy ArtWare's liability for any 
  56. damages to you or any other party ever exceed the actual 
  57. price paid for the license to use NoteWorthy Composer.

  61. limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or
