We STRONGLY recommend posing your questions to us, changing your address, checking on when your subscription expires, and so on via the customer support numbers listed below. Because in the course of one short conversation we can get all the information we need, the phone is the quickest and best way we can satisfy your request.

a. Name of publication
b. Your name and address
**preferably, exactly as they appear on your magazine label, even if incorrect**
c. Your direct telephone and fax numbers
NOTE: Your Compuserve or other order confirmation number is only relevant to its home service and won't help us in look up your subscription order on our file.
