  3. This Zip file contains the latest version of the following programs:

  5. RUN.EXE allows you to run one or more apps from the DOS command line or
  6.   from within Windows.  Also lets you give each app it's own command line.
  7.   Read RUN.TXT for more information.

  9. CLOSER.EXE allows you to close applications as long as that application
  10.   registers a window. Read CLOSER.TXT for more information
  11.  
  12. CLEAN.EXE clears the clipboard and globalcompacts memory in order to squeeze
  13.   any available memory out of Windows
