Well.. Here it is: the long awaited sequel to "Walk The Earth". Okay, so
its not a "sequel" as such, but its the latest since. "Collision Course"
should have been finished about two or three months ago from now but a
car crash put me out of action for quite some time and to top it all off
some people have to go to work during their vacations!
Seasoned fans of mine will remember the big turnaround when I released the
tune "White Night" over a year ago now. One thing I never did explain was
where the name "White Night" truly came from, and a few people who sent me
compliments mistook it for a lacking in my knowledge of English. Sorry folks
but I happen to be English and I meant "Night", not "Knight". After creating
one of my run-of-the-mill stupid tunes "Partial Function" I decided to get a
little more serious and therefore get rid of any ridiculous samples. At the
same time I'd just had my car resprayed white which has been my pride and
joy until a few months ago, totally destroyed by some careless shit with a
bald tyre. Hospital is a boring place too. Anyway, I can recall the night
when I got the car back from the paint shop and I spent a whole evening
right through till dark putting it all back together. At around 12am I had
the car all sorted and I remember standing back watching it gleam under the
floodlight -it was almost pain on my eyes to stare at it, being so bright.
Anyway, that's where the name came from and no guesses where the name for
this release came from.
I've just got one word of advice for any other car lovers out there: Never,
ever, get too attached to your car. Treat them with as much care as you may,
but some non-caring fool will always take it all away from you. My advice
is stick with women -at least you know that they're going to drop you in it!
:-)
Okay then. It's time for me to go -other things need my attention right now.
! IMPORTANT ! IMPORTANT ! IMPORTANT ! IMPORTANT! IMPORTANT ! IMPORTANT !
"Collision Course" was written in my spare time as a hobby. You are
encouraged to spread it here, there and everywhere but it may not be
used in any demo, game or whatever without my "express" permission!
I say "express" because not many people can beat my reply rate!! :-)
This also applies to *any* demo/coding groups who have contacted me
recently about such a tune.
