  27.     You have reached ftp.artpacks.acid.org, the premiere archive of
  28. artscene paraphenalia on the internet.  We host over 3.8 gigabytes of
  29. compressed artpacks, loaders, electronic magazines, graphics-related 
  30. utilities and code.  Our primary host is a FreeBSD server capable of up
  31. to 3000 simultaneous users on a multi-T3 100Mbps connection, colocated 
  32. at Exodus Communications in Santa Clara, California.

  36.     We are still accepting new files although this archive is now
  37. officially closed to uploads.  If you have a batch set of files, single
  38. artpack or scene related magazine which is missing from our archive,
  39. please contact the management directly to have this file incorporated.

  41.     For the sake of nostalgia, we have kept our original upload rules
  42. posted at /pub/artpacks/artpacks/www/html/rules.html.
