  16.    Sage Video Poker Simulator is a "shareware program" and is provided at 
  17.    no charge to the user for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your 
  18.    friends, but please do not give it away altered or as part of another 
  19.    system. The essence of "user-supported" software is to provide personal 
  20.    computer users with quality software without high prices, and yet to 
  21.    provide incentive for programmers to continue to develop new products. 
  22.    If you find this program useful and find that you are using Sage Video
  23.    Poker Simulator and continue to use Sage Video Poker Simulator after a 
  24.    30 day trial period, you must make a registration payment of $10.00 (or
  25.    $25 if you would like the more advanced version) to Sage Software. This 
  26.    registration fee will license one copy for use on any one computer at 
  27.    any one time. You must treat this software just like a book. An example 
  28.    is that this software may be used by any number of people and may be 
  29.    freely moved from one computer location to another, so long as there is 
  30.    no possibility of it being used at one location while it's being used at 
  31.    another. Just as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the 
  32.    same time.

  34.    Commercial users of Sage Video Poker Simulator must register and pay for 
  35.    their copies of Sage Video Poker Simulator within 30 days of first use 
  36.    or their license is withdrawn. Site-License arrangements may be made by 
  37.    contacting Sage Software.

  39.    Anyone distributing Sage Video Poker Simulator for any kind of 
  40.    remuneration may do so as long as they identify it as shareware (with 
  41.    appropriate definition), leave all intellectual property (copyright) 
  42.    notices in place, and as long as Sage Software does not request that 
  43.    they stop. Sage Software advises that the distributer contact them so 
  44.    that they can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of Sage Video
  45.    Poker Simulator.

  47.    You are encouraged to pass a copy of Sage Video Poker Simulator along to 
  48.    your friends for evaluation. Please encourage them to register their 
  49.    copy if they find that they can use it. All registered users will 
  50.    receive a copy of the latest version of Sage Video Poker Simulator or
  51.    Sage Video Poker.
