Welcome to the online portion of Delphi Programming Unleashed by Charlie Calvert.
This CD-ROM contains hundreds of programming examples, many useful units, assorted tips and techniques, and references to third party tools. The disc is loaded with Delphi programs and useful bits of information.
The disc contains more code examples than does the book. As you read the book, be sure to check the code for additional program examples before moving on to a new chapter. As a bonus, the MISC subdirectory contains additional source code which was not discussed in the book.
Files are installed to \DELPHIUN unless you redirect them to another directory. When this program ends, \DELPHIUN will contain UNITS, DOCS, and DATA subdirectories. A program manager group named "Delphi Programming Unleashed" will provide icons for installing bonus programs, third party demos, and source code (a few chapters at at time). For best results, install all programs to a consistent location on your hard disk.
Be sure to read the "Getting Started" document before using any of the source code. After reading "Getting Started", you will be able to reconfigure Delphi to make effective use of the programs supplied on this disc. "Getting Started" also contains author contact information and usage guidelines concerning this product.
