  34.  - In order to keep our charts as fair and up-to-date as possible, we need
  35.    you to give us your opinion of the scene.

  37.  - Heard anything interesting about the scene lately? Have you changed to
  38.    another group? Has there been changes in your group? Anything that
  39.    would be considered news? If yes, write them down and send to us.
  40.  Reactions
  41.  - Reactions - the name itself tells what's it all about. Tell us what do
  42.    you think of our mag, how should we improve it etc. General feedback.
  43.  Mail
  44.  - You can send messages to other people, or write your opinion to
  45.    everyone. Just like a message board.
  46.  Information for The Scene Encyclopedia
  47.  - We are starting to collect information for a sort of encyclopedia, a
  48.    general databank consisting of material about the scene. It will
  49.    include data about different effects and their origins and everything
  50.    that has something to do with the scene. Not just PC, but all the
  51.    scenes. If you have the knowledge, please share it with us.

  59.  Since every other magazine wants you to give a topten for them, we decided
  60.  to let you give the points the way _YOU_ want. In each category you are
  61.  able to give a number of points for as many entries you want. The scale is
  62.  0-10 points. You can give the same value for as many entries as you want.
  63.  This way you can give your honest opinion about every single group in the
  64.  scene. Especially if you don't know which entry is the best, you can give
  65.  all of your favorite entries the same points. The system is easy - you'll
  66.  get the hang of it pretty quickly.

  70.  Best demo groups
  71.  ■ Vote for any active demo group (or a group in the demo scene). The group
  72.    must have at least _one_ release on PC. If a group has joined another
  73.    group, the old group's releases shall be counted for the new group.
  74.  Best coders
  75.  ■ Vote for any active coder.
  76.  Best graphicians
  77.  ■ Vote for any active graphician.
  78.  Best musicians
  79.  ■ Vote for any active musician.
  80.  Best demos / half a year
  81.  ■ Vote for any demo released during the last six months before the release
  82.    of the next issue of Yahoo (5.2.1994-5.8.1994). All non-party dentros
  83.    and dentros competed in a demo competition at a party belong to this
  84.    category.
  85.  Best intros / half a year
  86.  ■ Vote for any intro released during the last six months before the
  87.    release of the next issue of Yahoo (5.2.1994-5.8.1994). Dentros competed
  88.    in an intro competition at a party belong to this category.
  89.  Best demos ever
  90.  ■ Vote for any demo ever released. All non-party dentros and dentros
  91.    competed in a demo competition at a party belong to this category.
  92.  Best intros ever
  93.  ■ Vote for any intro ever released. Dentros competed in an intro
  94.    competition at a party belong to this category.
  95.  Best disk mags
  96.  ■ Vote for any disk mag with an issue released during the last six months
  97.    before the release of the next issue (5.2.1994-5.8.1994).

  99.  "Any" group, etc. doesn't include you or your group(s). So you are
  100.  allowed to vote anyone, even us, except you, your group(s) or any member
  101.  of your group(s). Of course, all entries must be active on PC.
