  1. This is an "Original Look" theme created by sirred@cyberhighway.net.
  2. File is in exe format, simply click on the downloaded file and it
  3. will install itself to the proper directory.  Select theme by using 
  4. the control panel, desktop themes, and choose Scream from the drop
  5. down menu.
