  2. Icolib is a collection of over 5,400 icons
  3. (10,200 when you register) which have been
  4. stored according to category. There are very
  5. few duplicate icons. An icon viewer is
  6. included with following features: User
  7. configured menu, icon animation, change
  8. background color, extract icon from library,
  9. cascading menus, full help. Registration is
  10. US$20 + P&H but see file ORDERFRM.TXT or
  11. help file for variations. Requires Win 3.1
  12. and COMMDLG.DLL (included)
