  1. To install the Master of Orion 1.3 upgrade, type PKUNZIP 
  2. ORION13 <directory>, where <directory> is the location of your 
  3. copy of Master of Orion (for example, C:\GAMES\ORION). For 
  4. details on the changes made in v1.3, see the README.TXT file in 
  5. ORION13.ZIP.
