  48. Effective June 1, 1993 ALL applications MUST include payment of the
  49. required net fee BEFORE the application will be processed. Those paying
  50. by check or money order must mail the application and fee to:

  56. Checks and money orders should be made payable to DZ-Info Service, Inc.

  58. We now accept Visa and MasterCard for payments. To use your credit card
  59. simply call the net host system (309-786-2095, 2096 or 6974). Applications
  60. must be left as a comment to the SysOp only. From the Main command prompt
  61. type NETFEE and enter the required credit card information. Again,
  62. applications without the proper fee will NOT be processed.

  64. For Canadian applicants only credit card charges or postal money orders (in
  65. U.S. dollars) will be accepted for payment.

  67. Returned checks will result in a $15 fee.

  69. In the event a system is declined for membership the net fee will be
  70. returned within 5 business days.
