  79. are unscrewed. If someone before
  80. you has turned them in, when the
  81. main  valves  are   opened,  the
  82. pressures in  the  hoses  may be
  83. too high. Acetylene is unsafe in
  84. the  hose  at pressures above 15
  85. psi.   While   wearing  goggles,
  86. slowly open each main tank valve
  87. 1/4 turn.  The  goggles  are be-
  88. cause sometimes gauges explode.
