*** TNC's MAILBOX COMMANDS SUMMARY ***
______________________________________________________________________________
[ALT-X] ------> To access mailbox routine.
[ALT-F8] -----> To access memory resident Editor.
[B] ----------> To Exit mailbox routine and go back to the terminal mode.
[H] ----------> To get this file.
[K] ----------> To Kill a message on the TNC's mailbox. Use: <K message #>.
(eg. K 4).
[R] ----------> To read a message on the TNC's mailbox. Use: <R messgae #>.
(eg. R 4).
To capture a message to disk that you are reading, press
F6 after you type the R # command.
[S] ----------> To Send a message to someone you must type the following:
<S callsign,title>. (eg. S N3DFD,Hello there...). At this
point you will be able to type in your message or upload a
file from the disk as the message. When finished typing in
your message, type a CTRL-Z or /EX on a seperate line to
close the file. If you are uploading the message from the
disk you don't need to send the CTRL-Z, the pgm will do it
for you.
To have your system automatically connect a user to your TNC's mailbox, set
CMSG parameter to PBBS rather than ON. Do this from the terminal mode:
Type CMSG PBBS and then press the Enter key. If you do not want this feature
then type CMSG OFF.
