  11.     The SatisFAXtion Modem/400, Modem/200, and SatisFAXtion Classic faxmodems
  12.     operate as CAS faxmodems. To install WinFax Pro for one of these faxmodems,
  13.     follow the instructions under "Using the SatisFAXtion as a CAS Faxmodem".

  15.     The SatisFAXtion Modem/400e and Modem/100 operate as Class 1 faxmodems. To
  16.     install WinFax Pro for the Modem/400e or Modem/100, follow the instructions
  17.     under "Using the SatisFAXtion as a Class 1 Faxmodem".

  19.     NOTE:     While it is possible to operate the Modem/400e or Modem/100 as
  20.               CAS faxmodems, Intel recommends operating them as Class 1
  21.               faxmodems with Winfax Pro.

  23.     Using the SatisFAXtion as a CAS Faxmodem:

  25.     NOTE:     If you use CASMGR 1.40 (or higher) with your SatisFAXtion
  26.               faxmodem, you'll need a program from Delrina to prevent WinFax
  27.               Pro from locking up when you you attempt to view a failed
  28.               receive fax event. You will find CAS.EXE on Delrina's
  29.               CompuServe Forum [GO WINAPB] or on the Delrina BBS (416-441-
  30.               0774).

  32.     1.   Make sure your computer is operating correctly and that Windows
  33.          will print correctly from your applications.
  34.  
  35.     2.   Insert the SatisFAXtion faxmodem into your computer (if you haven't
  36.          already done so).

  38.     3.   Insert the SatisFAXtion diskette 1 and run SETUP to install the
  39.          SatisFAXtion software (if you haven't already done so).

  41.     4.   Install Winfax Pro and select Intel SatisFAXtion as the faxmodem
  42.          type.

  44.     Using the SatisFAXtion as a Class 1 Faxmodem:

  46.     NOTE:     To use the SatisFAXtion Modem/100 as a Class 1 faxmodem with
  47.               Winfax Pro, you need an updated file called MOD1.ZIP available
  48.               on CompuServe in the Delrina Forum [GO WINAPB] . Contact
  49.               Delrina (716-655-6082) for more information.

  51.     1.   Make sure your computer is operating correctly and that Windows
  52.          will print correctly from your applications.

  54.     2.   Insert the SatisFAXtion Modem/100 into the computer or use a modem
  55.          cable to connect the SatisFAXtion Modem/400e to a serial port on
  56.          your computer if you haven't already done so).

  58.     3.   Install Winfax Pro and select Generic Class 1 as the faxmodem type.

  60.     4.   Obtain and install the updated software in the MOD1.ZIP file.
