  9.       The attached affidavit is self explanatory and self executing.  The 
  10.  purpose of the affidavit is to VOID, for all intents and purposes, the 
  11.  MARRIAGE LICENSE and APPLICATION described therein.   Please send me a copy of
  12.  the application and license appropriately marked to show that they have been 
  13.  voided, or, in the alternative, a properly certified statement from someone 
  14.  authorized to issue same, certifying that the enclosed affidavit has been made
  15.  a permanent attachment to the subject marriage license and application.

  25.  The following affidavit is addressed to the substance of one marriage license 
  26.  issued to the affiants on  (date)  by the County of ______, State of _________
  27.  Said marriage license to be the same as identified on Marriage Certificate/
  28.  License number #12345678 dated __________ and bearing the following signatures:

  32.       Whereas:  The affiants, as Sovereign citizens, are subject to none but God
  33.  in regard to their right to marry, and
  34.       Whereas:  The above described Marriage License is by legal definition a 
  35.  State granted privilege, and
  36.       Whereas:  The affiants neither require nor desire the permission or 
  37.  sanction of any branch of government for their marriage;
  38.       THEREFORE:  The affiants, by and through this instrument, do hereby 
  39.  declare that the aforementioned marriage license and application for same was 
  40.  contracted through mistake of fact, misrepresentation, fraud, duress, and for 
  41.  other invalidating reasons and that the marriage license and application are 
  42.  therefore VOID for all intents and purposes.  Further, affiants do hereby 
  43.  revoke their signatures on the above described marriage license and application
  44.  and DENY any claim or interest asserted by any government federal, state or 
  45.  local that is or could have been founded on the aforementioned marriage license
  46.  or application.

  61.                                INSTRUCTIONS
  62.  
  63.       The issue is sovereignty and law.  So long as a State issued marriage 
  64.  licenses is in effect, the licensees are bound by the law of the state in all 
  65.  matters related thereto, including the disposition of estate and children.  
  66.  Such a marriage is a STATE CREATED ENTITY, subject to total and complete 
  67.  control by government.      By contrast, a marriage under God's law is a 
  68.  three party covenant (God - Husband - Wife) sealed by the vows of the 
  69.  participants and certified by witnesses.  Such a marriage is subject only to 
  70.  God's laws and His sovereignty.
  71.      The cover letter and affidavit should be retyped and modified as necessary.  
  72.  Keep all originals in a safe place and mail copies to the government authority
  73.  who originally issued the license.  Both the original and the copy should be 
  74.  notarized.
  75.      Responses from government may vary since most government employees will not
  76.  be able to figure out what this is about.  Not being a routine duty, they 
  77.  won't know what to do.  Be courteous but persistent.  In the event that they 
  78.  refuse your request, you have still accomplished your goal if you have a 
  79.  certified mail return receipt card to prove that you have sent the affidavit to
  80.  the license issuer.
  81.      In the future, it is unlikely that the government will treat you and your 
  82.  marriage as outside of their jurisdiction without your pleading the affidavit 
  83.  before them. Even then, they will most likely do as they please.  Nevertheless,
  84.  before God your marriage is now pure and holy with no "false gods" between you 
  85.  and Him.  If you plead the facts openly, God will defend your marriage because 
  86.  He is a party to the covenant too.  Honor Him in your marriage and He will 
  87.  honor and defend you.
