  2. A NOTE TO STSORBIT PLUS USERS:

  4. STSORBIT PLUS is now over two years old and is being used throughout the
  5. United States and Canada as well as Europe, the Pacific, and Australia.
  6. The program is free and widely available. The current version is always
  7. posted on my bulletin board system at (310) 541-7299.

  9. If you use and enjoy STSORBIT PLUS, I have a modest request that will
  10. only cost you a stamp. Please send me a card or letter with the following

  48. Comments, suggestions and bug reports are invited! Your responses to this
  49. request will help me to make STSORBIT PLUS even better.

  51. While I don't require registration of STSORBIT PLUS, I would appreciate
  52. it! I have spent hundreds of hours on the program and the modest donation
  53. will help inspire me to continue improving the program. As a bonus for
  54. your registration, I will mail the current version on disk which includes
  55. the Level 3 and Level 4 map databases. Registration is only US$10.00.
  56. Please specify disk size; sorry, because of file sizes, the program is
  57. ONLY available on higher density disks. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for
  58. delivery -- in case I am out of town.

  66. Most users will probably be satisfied with the Level 3 map database files
  67. which are included with normal registration. However, for users who plan
  68. on using higher zoom factors and wish substantially better map detail, two
  69. sets of higher detail map database files are available: Level 1 (highest
  70. detail) and Level 2 (next highest detail). The higher level map databases
  71. will be automatically selected for higher zoom factors if present. Map
  72. drawing times are longer with higher detail map database files!

  74. REGISTERED USERS may obtain the additional map database files separately
  75. on disk for a donation of US$10.00 each. Please note that because of file
  76. sizes, ONLY high density disks are available. Files are supplied in
  77. compressed, self-extracting .EXE format.
