  3.  To get a complete help listing type  "H ALL".  You may also enter
  4.  "H xxx" where "xxx" is the command for which you need help. You may
  5.  enter as much or as little as necessary - i.e. "H R" or "H READ"
  6.  will send complete help for the READ command. "?" will give you
  7.  quick brief menu help. Commands currently detailed are:

  22.  Type "? ALL" for a one line summary of each command.
  23.  Type "?", a space, and a letter for help on a specific command.
  24.        For example:  "? R" for information on the "R" command.
  25.  For a more detailed help menu, type "H", space, and the first letter
  26.        of the command for which help is wanted.

  39.  [D]ownload - read a file on the system.  ^K (CTL-K) will abort a download.

  41.  [DIR] - listing of files in the download areas of the BBS

  43.  [EDIT] - allows user to edit header of messages to/from him

  45.  [FT]  - [F]ind [T]ext - search headers for a string.

  49.  [F>] - Forwarding file reverse forward command for a listed MailBox.

  51.  [GET] - get a file from a remote BBS.

  53.  [GETDIR] - get a directory of files from a remote BBS.

  55.  [GETFWD] - get the forwarding list from a remote BBS.
  56. # HEARD
  57.  [HEARD] - displays list of calls logged and heard
  58. # HELP
  59.  [HELP] - get full explanations of Mailbox commands.

  61.  [HOME] - enter the call of your "home" BBS.
  62. # INFO
  63.  [INFO] - information blurb about station facilities.
  64. # KILL
  65.  [K]ill - kill message(s) by number

  67.  [KM]  - user will have all his read messages presented for kill

  69.  [KT]  - to 'take' traffic, kill with KT, generates service message

  71.  [L]ist - list "new" message headers in reverse order
  72. # MAIL
  73.  [MAIL] - send a message or multiple messages.

  75.  [N]ame - enter user's first name into data base.

  77.  [R]ead - read message(s) in forward order.  ^K (CTL-K) will abort a read.

  79.  [SR] - send reply to a message, auto-parsing of return address

  81.  [S]end - send a message. 
  82. # SETMSG
  83.  [SETMSG] - sets the users highest message read counter, affects LIST
  84. # UPLOAD
  85.  [U]pload - send a file to the system.

  87.  [USER] - dumps user information on current user, or another user of system

  89.  [V]iew - read messages with full forwarding headers displayed. ^K will abort.

  91.  [VER]sion - version of MailBox, and disk space available.
