  7.           a fad.  Which means that you need to be extremely
  8.           careful -- the waters are full of sharks.  There are
  9.           things that you can do to protect yourself, but you
  10.           don't necessarily need a shark with "attorney at law"
  11.           after his name to charge you from $10,000 to $75,000 to
  12.           do it.  But if your assets are large enough, that price
  13.           might be cheap.
