Eligibility: You may obtain a free Marvel® Music Comics Contest entry form and official rules by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope with request clearly printed on a 3-1/2"x 5" card to Marvel Music Comics Contest, c/o Ahrens Interactive, Inc ., 400 North State Street, Chicago, Illinois 60610. Mailed requests must be received by February 9, 1996. Faxed requests must be received by February 15, 1996. Entry forms will not be sent to P.O. Boxes. One entry form per request. The Marvel contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Puerto Rico. Employees of Marvel, Ahrens Interactive, Inc ., the Black Dot Group and the Devon Group, their affiliates, sub- sidiaries and advertising, promotion, judging and other coordination agencies involved in this promotion and the imme- diate families of each are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. 2. To Enter: Answer the questions on the entry form, include your name, address and phone number and either (i) mail your completed entry form to Marvel Music Comics Contest, c/o Ahrens Interactive, Inc ., 400 North State Street, Chicago, Illinois 60610 or (ii) e-mail all of the information from your completed entry form to marvel@digizine.com. Sorry, but only one (1) entry per person is allowed. All entry forms and e-mail entries for the Marvel Contest must be received by February 23, 1996. Winning entry forms will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be held by Ahrens Interactive, Inc. on or about February 27, 1996, with the decision of Ahrens Interactive, Inc. being final. Winners will be notified by telephone or by mail. Prize claims must be received by March 31, 1996. All entry forms submitted become property of Ahrens Interactive, Inc. and will not be returned. Entry forms subject to verification before awarding of prizes by Ahrens Interactive, Inc ., whose decision is final. 3. General: Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within a specified time after notification or prize will be forfeited. By accepting prize, winners consent to the use of their name and/ or likeness in advertising and promotion materials without additional compensation. Unclaimed prizes will be awarded or not awarded at the sole discretion of Ahrens Interactive, Inc. Ahrens Interactive, Inc. is not responsible for late, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage due, lost, delayed, mutilated or misdirected entry forms or submis- sions. No more than listed prizes will be awarded. Prizes non-transferrable. Only one prize per family or household. All taxes are sole responsibility of winner. No cash equivalents or substitutions awarded for prizes, except at discretion of Ahrens Interactive, Inc. The odds of winning any prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.
