  7.     ---------> IF THIS IS A NEW SPORT W.A.I.T.S. INSTALLATION <---------
  8.        1. Create a subdirectory "\SPORT" on your hard disk.
  9.        2. Place the file "WAITS.EXE" into this directory.
  10.        3. Change directory to \SPORT and run "WAITS".
  11.        4. Run "INSTALL d: H" where "d:" is the drive on which you have
  12.           created the subdirectory "\SPORT".  Do not forget to use the
  13.           second command line argument "H".

  15.     ------> IF YOU ARE UPGRADING FROM AN EARLIER VERSION OF SPORT <-----
  16.        1. Place "WAITS.EXE" in your SPORT directory and run it.
  17.        2. You will be prompted before overwriting each file within the
  18.           self-extracting archive.   Only answer "Y" to the files with
  19.           extensions of "EXE", "OVR", and "DOC".  DO NOT answer "Y" to
  20.           any others or your current SPORT configuration will be over-
  21.           written.  DO NOT run INSTALL. DO read the new documentation.
  22.        3. Initialize the new SPORTID by running SPORTID C from DOS.
