  3.      _Halley's Unnatural Disasters_ is being distributed as shareware which 
  4. means that it is not intended to be free but rather the reader is expected to 
  5. send the author a $10 fee.  For $25 you will receive registration and a 
  6. paperbound version of the book.  Your purchases are the only way in which I 
  7. receive any payment for my work.  I'm not supported by any grants and have 
  8. invested a tremendous amount of my time, money and energy researching and 
  9. writing the book.  It involves highly controversial material and thus has 
  10. required much more support for ideas that go against the grain of traditional 
  11. teachings.  Please give copies to your friends and colleagues.  I appreciate
  12. your efforts to help me distribute the book as long as no changes are made.

  22.      To begin reading the book simply type BOOK at the DOS prompt and the 
  23. menu will appear.  Then put the curser over the section you wish to see and 
  24. press <enter>.  When you finish with the chapter you are reading press <esc> 
  25. and you will be returned to the menu.
