  2.            The history of the United States Constitution
  3.  
  4.   The U.S. Constitution was written in 1789 by the Congressional
  5.   Congress.  The Constitution of the United States comprises the
  6.   nation's fundamental law, providing the framework for its
  7.   governance and the principles under which it must operate.  The
  8.   first constitution of the United States was the ARTICLES OF
  9.   CONFEDERATION ratified in 1781.  Because this document left too
  10.   much sovereignty to the states, it was defective as an
  11.   instrument of government.

  13.   There are only a few countries that have written Constitutions
  14.   here are some of them.

  16.   1. United States     4. Mexico                  7. Cuba
  17.   2. France            5. Republic of Canada
  18.   3. Soviet Union      6. Iran

  20.   The U.S. Constitution is the worlds largest and oldest surviving
  21.   written national constitution.  It was written over 200 Years
  22.   ago.  A Constitution to the framework of all of the basic
  23.   principles, organizations, and operations.

  25.   The Four Core ingredients in the Constitution
  26.  
  27.   Preamble - the Preamble is the general statement that's purpose
  28.   lays out the foundations of all of the theory of governmental
  29.   actions.  The American constitution is short and simple and
  30.   there is very little relaiability that there is free of
  31.   ideological Content.  This was a list of social and political
  32.   goals.

  34.   Auxiliary Documents - were formed in the process of all of the
  35.   help that was aimes at the process of limiting the government
  36.   power of the given citizens.

  38.   Judicial Review - This is to watch for all of the other
  39.   political parties that is necessary for other political parties
  40.   this is necessary to watch over all of the parties and make sure
  41.   that they are separated.

  43.   Separating of Powers - This is between the legislature,
  44.   execrative, and judicial branches of government.
