The history of the United States Constitution
The U.S. Constitution was written in 1789 by the Congressional
Congress. The Constitution of the United States comprises the
nation's fundamental law, providing the framework for its
governance and the principles under which it must operate. The
first constitution of the United States was the ARTICLES OF
CONFEDERATION ratified in 1781. Because this document left too
much sovereignty to the states, it was defective as an
instrument of government.
There are only a few countries that have written Constitutions
here are some of them.
1. United States 4. Mexico 7. Cuba
2. France 5. Republic of Canada
3. Soviet Union 6. Iran
The U.S. Constitution is the worlds largest and oldest surviving
written national constitution. It was written over 200 Years
ago. A Constitution to the framework of all of the basic
principles, organizations, and operations.
The Four Core ingredients in the Constitution
Preamble - the Preamble is the general statement that's purpose
lays out the foundations of all of the theory of governmental
actions. The American constitution is short and simple and
there is very little relaiability that there is free of
ideological Content. This was a list of social and political
goals.
Auxiliary Documents - were formed in the process of all of the
help that was aimes at the process of limiting the government
power of the given citizens.
Judicial Review - This is to watch for all of the other
political parties that is necessary for other political parties
this is necessary to watch over all of the parties and make sure
that they are separated.
Separating of Powers - This is between the legislature,
execrative, and judicial branches of government.
