In that light, here is a strange
one ... A curious autopsy of a man
killed in an automobile accident in
early 1940 revealed a stomach and
intestines virtually empty of food
except for some shreds of garlic.
The liver and gallbladder had a
strong odor of garlic. Very little
pathogenic bacteria were observed in
any of these places, thus suggesting

that garlic created an inhospitable
environment for contagion. (Weiss,
1941). Micro-organisms in this case
did not develop in an individual with
regular garlic intake.

refers to the value of garlic in her
book 'My Experiences With Living
Food'. She tells us:
