  30.    As you work with utensils,  knives
  31. or cutting boards while  cutting  the
  32. medical giant, your hands will become
  33. slippery and of course, smell.   Wash
  34. often and promptly with cold water as
  35. you're working.                      
  36.    Cold water will remove  the  smell
  37. immediately.  Do the same with all of
  38. your intensils.  Warm  or  hot  water
  39. will set the odor and you will have a
  40. rough time removing it later.     
  41.    Don't allow the garlic residue  to
  42. dry on graders or presses.   It  will
  43. be very tough to remove.  Clean often
  44. as you are working.
