  30.        To print an order form, make sure that your printer is on and at
  31.        the DOS prompt type "ORDER" (without the quotes), and press
  32.        return.  The program will ask for your name and address and will
  33.        print an order form. or go to the Kits Available chapter and
  34.        print the form by pressing <F10> key and selecting print.

  38.        On a piece of paper write your name, address, telephone number,
  39.        size of disk 5.25 or 3.50 and the name of the vendor where you
  40.        obtained the copy of the kit.  Send it along with your check or
  41.        money order to the address above. If at all possible, please send
  42.        money order instead of personal check because I am disabled and
  43.        money orders would make it easier for me..BUT, personal checks
  44.        will be accepted, kit will be shipped as soon as check clears!
