  36.     * Users can register through CompuServe (GO SWREG #2211) or by US Mail.

  82. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  85. The DigiCard package is defined as containing all the material listed in the
  86. distributed files section (above). If any files listed in the distributed files
  87. section are missing, then the package is not complete and distribution is
  88. forbidden. Please contact the author to obtain a complete package suitable for
  89. distribution.

  91.     * The program plus all related program files and documentation (listed
  92.       in the distributed files section) CANNOT be modified in any way and
  93.       must be distributed as a complete package, without exception.
  94.       Although the author distributes DigiCard in one zip file, the
  95.       distributor may repackage DigiCard across several compressed files
  96.       to facilitate distribution or downloading.
  97.  
  98.     * Individual users and nonprofit organizations are encouraged to freely
  99.       copy the DigiCard package and share it with others. 
  100.  
  101.     * No price or other compensation may be charged for the DigiCard
  102.       package. A distribution fee may be assessed for the cost of the
  103.       diskette and/or shipping and handling. The total cost per disk may
  104.       not exceed US $10.00. On-line services such as bulletin boards and
  105.       CompuServe may distribute DigiCard regardless of membership fees and
  106.       connect charges.
  107.  
  108.     * Whenever DigiCard is advertised in a catalog, flyer, or any
  109.       advertising medium, the distributor is asked to send the author a
  110.       copy of the advertisement. Distributor is required to update the
  111.       author whenever the advertisement changes.
  112.  
  113.     * The person or institution receiving a copy of the DigiCard package
  114.       MUST be made aware that each disk or copy is for evaluation ONLY and
  115.       that the author has not received any royalties or payment for the
  116.       product. This requirement can be met in part or in whole by including
  117.       the complete unaltered program package.
  118.  
  119.     * The person receiving a copy of the DigiCard package MUST be made 
  120.       aware that he or she does not become a registered user until the
  121.       author has received payment for registration of the software. This
  122.       requirement can be met, in part or in whole, by including the 
  123.       complete unaltered DigiCard package.
  124.  
  125.     * The author prohibits the distribution of outdated versions of the
  126.       DigiCard package. If the version you have is over twelve (12) months
  127.       old, please contact the author for a free upgrade. This version was
  128.       released on March 15, 1994.
  129.  
  130.     * Upon notification from the author, the distributor must immediately
  131.       stop selling/distributing copies of the DigiCard package.
  132.  
  133.     * U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  134.       U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation in this
  135.       package shall be subject to the restricted rights applicable to 
  136.       commercial computer software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii)
  137.       of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 
  138.       252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013). The contractor/manufacturer is
